7:00 AM - ARRIVAL
Arrive at the farm to observe and assist with morning
milking
7:30 AM - CHEESEMAKING BEGINS
Transport warm milk from the barn to our
cheesemaking room, where we will begin the process of making the day’s cheese.
8:00AM: BREAKFAST
Pastries and Coffee for while we begin the lesson.
8:30 AM - LESSON
Learn the basics of Natural Cheesemaking, and
observe and assist with the day’s make while you
make your own fresh cheese. This process will continue
through 11:00 AM.
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM TASTING
You and your party will enjoy a small private tasting
of the farm’s cheeses.

$400 PER GUEST
2 person minimum per experience. Payment due at
the time of booking to reserve date. Packages and
group rates are available for parties of 4 or more
people.

Begin your day on Coltsfoot Valley Farm, here in the heart of Cornwall Village. In the early morning valley fog, you will learn alpine cheese making techniques via a demonstration with milk still warm from our morning milking. Guests will interact with our herd of jersey cows, assist in making the day’s cheese, learn the basics of natural cheesemaking, and make their own fresh cheese to bring home. At the conclusion of cheesemaking, guests will enjoy a small private tasting of a selection of the farm’s cheeses.
