730am: Carry the milk cans full of warm milk into the cheesemaking room and help in beginning the farms cheesemaking process (the style of cheese depends on what the milk and the day calls for)
730-830am - Learn the basics of Natural Cheesemaking while you begin to make your own cheese (Primo Sale) .
830-11am - We make cheese!
11am - Noon - You and your party get to enjoy a small private tasting of the farms cheeses.
